Help with Little Now on this device.
Little Now is a caregiver-facing play companion, not a developmental assessment or medical service. For an urgent health or safety concern, contact an appropriate health professional or local emergency service.
Email littlenow@proton.me. Include the app version, iOS version and a short description, but do not attach a family-data export.

Open Profile and choose Export family data. The JSON copy contains the record stored in this app and leaves the app's protected storage.
Open Profile, choose Delete device data, then type DELETE. This removes the active record in this app but not Apple backups or copies exported elsewhere.
Device-only use and Local Outings
Version 1.0 has no sign-in, account, cloud sync or household sharing. Family profiles, saved activities and play history stay in the app. A second device starts with its own independent record. Little Ideas works without an internet connection; Local Outings and public support, privacy, terms and evidence links require a connection.
Location and place-search help
Local Outings is optional. If Near Me is denied or unavailable, enter a suburb or partial postcode instead—never a street or home address. You can manage location permission in iOS Settings. Little Now does not use background location. The last chosen origin is saved in local app storage so Outings can reopen without asking again; it is removed by Delete device data and excluded from exports. Google place information can be delayed, incomplete or out of date, so always confirm details with the venue.
Reminders and notifications
Little Now asks for notification permission only after you choose a reminder. Open Profile and choose Cancel all activity reminders, or manage notifications in iOS Settings. Reminder text contains an activity title, not a child's nickname or profile details.
Safety and evidence
Little Now is for caregiver-led play for children aged 12–60 months, not unsupervised child use. Before every activity, check the space, materials, allergies, readiness guidance and safety note. Stay close, let the child change or stop, and stop immediately if they seem tired, upset or unsafe. The evidence methodology explains the review approach and its limits.
When contacting us
Helpful details are the app version/build, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, the screen you were using and what happened. Never email a child's full name, photo, diagnosis or raw exported family record.
