Little Now is a caregiver tool.

These terms apply to Little Now, including its optional Google-backed Local Outings feature. By using the app, you agree to use it only as a parent or caregiver and to make your own decisions about suitability and safety.

Caregiver responsibility

Little Now provides general play prompts for caregivers of children aged 12–60 months. It is not childcare, supervision, medical or developmental advice, an assessment, or an emergency service. Stay responsible for the child at all times; check every space, material, route, venue, weather condition and activity; adapt or stop whenever something is unsuitable or unsafe.

Local Outings

Google place categories, distance estimates, opening status, addresses, websites and other details do not establish that a venue is suitable or safe for a particular child. Confirm current hours, cost, access, age rules, conditions and venue guidance yourself. Set routes before driving, never use the app while driving, and put the phone away whenever supervision needs your full attention.

Local Outings uses Google Maps Platform services and is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Service Specific Terms. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Availability and external services

The app, its content and third-party place information may change, be incomplete or become unavailable. External links open services controlled by others. Little Now does not control their content, availability or data practices. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee that a particular idea, recommendation or place will suit your circumstances.

Your local record

You are responsible for access to your device and exported copies. Deleting app data can be permanent. See the Privacy Notice for what is stored locally, what is sent to Google during an optional search, and how deletion and Apple backups work.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms when the app or third-party services change and will identify the version and effective date. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
